"Sustainable Long Term Developments"

Vona Holdings traces its roots back to 1970 with the successful delivery of its maiden development in Taman Tanjung Bunga. The project, comprising 95 units of semi-detached and bungalow homes, was among the first modern residential enclaves in the Tanjung Bunga area and set the foundation for the Group’s reputation as a quality-conscious property developer.

Building on this early momentum, the Group expanded its presence throughout Penang in the 1970s with the development of Taman Sentosa Minden Heights. Featuring 160 units of semi-detached and bungalow houses located near Universiti Sains Malaysia, the project further strengthened Vona Holdings’ standing as a developer capable of delivering well-planned, strategically located residential neighbourhoods.

In 1985, Vona Holdings continued its growth trajectory with another residential project in Taman Sungai Nibong. This development added 150 units of semi-detached and bungalow homes to the Group’s portfolio, reinforcing its long-term commitment to creating quality living environments.

As the company matured, Vona Holdings broadened its business strategy beyond pure property development. The Group expanded into the acquisition and long-term holding of land assets, while also diversifying into plantation activities across Penang and Taiping. In addition, Vona Holdings grew its portfolio of income-generating properties, strengthening its position as a multi-sector group with sustainable, recurring revenue streams.

Today, Vona Holdings stands as a diversified entity with a heritage built on decades of responsible development, strategic asset management, and long-term value creation.
